  • Do you take insurance?

    Currently our business is out of network and private pay only. We can provide super bills for you to request reimbursement from insurance plans with out of network benefits. Please check back for future changes in insurance coverage.

  • Where are you located?

    Currently we provide in home evaluation or therapy services. We are also able to provide services in local daycare facilities or public meeting places (parks, playgrounds, libraries).

  • What are your hours/availability?

    Currently we are accepting appointments Monday-Thursday from 9:30AM-4:30 PM. Extended evening hours can be discussed on a case by case basis.

  • How do I make an appointment?

    You can contact us using the contact form on our website, or by emailing directly at slp@koalabeespeech.com. Please provide your information, client information, primary concern, availability, and best contact information, and we will be in touch as soon as possible to set up a consultation call.

  • What is the process for beginning speech therapy?

    Our process begins with a 15 minute consultation call. During this call we will establish your family’s needs and availability. Following this call we will determine a course of action (e.g. scheduling a formal evaluation, scheduling therapy services, referrals).

  • Do I need to purchase any toys or materials before my speech therapy sessions?

    No, there are no specific toys or materials that must be purchased before therapy sessions begin. Our therapist will provide necessary materials, or work with materials available in your home. We can make recommendations upon request if you so desire.
